Medical examination doctors
The medical examination for foreign nationals in Oryol is performed by four doctors whose examination is mandatory under Russian Ministry of Health Order No. 1079n dated 19 November 2021. All specialists are located in the same building at Artelny Lane 5, office 1, which allows you to complete the examination in a single visit.
Valentina Khoroshutina
Phthisiologist
Performs tuberculosis screening including chest X-ray evaluation. Tuberculosis is one of the key conditions assessed for the certificate.
Natalia Pereverzeva
Dermatologist–venereologist
Examines the skin and evaluates test results for sexually transmitted infections, including syphilis. It is a mandatory part of the medical examination.
Alexey Stanchin
Psychiatrist–narcologist
Examines mental health and addiction status, and evaluates the urine test for drugs and psychotropic substances.
How the examination works
All four specialists see the patient on the day of the visit. After the examinations and lab tests, the results are recorded in a single medical examination card. The medical certificate is ready within 2 business days and can be collected between 14:00 and 17:00.
The certificate is issued on an official form compliant with the Russian Ministry of Health requirements and is accepted for applications for a work permit (patent), temporary residence permit (RVP) and residence permit (VNZh). The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
